摘要:
痛性糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症,是以疼痛症状为主的周围神经性痛。卫星胶质细胞(SGC)是外周神经的胶质细胞,广泛存在于背根神经节中。SGC通过缝隙连接蛋白相互联系在周围神经中,表达多种神经活性递质及嘌呤受体,是感觉神经节信号沟通和传递的参与者,并在神经痛觉过敏中发挥重要作用。神经损伤后SGC上的嘌呤受体P2X7会被高浓度的三磷腺苷激活,发生自身通透性改变。SGC之间缝隙连接蛋白表达异常,导致神经元兴奋,增强机械和热痛觉过敏,加重神经性疼痛。因此,了解周围神经元中SGC的细胞交流及病理条件下促进感觉神经元产生慢性疼痛的作用机制非常关键。本文就SGC与周围神经元的作用机制加以综述,旨在为痛性糖尿病周围神经病的治疗提供研究方向和潜在靶点。
