摘要:
近年来,大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)逐渐成为影响我国尤其是北方地区空气质量的主要因素之一,其不良健康效应引起人们的广泛关注。人群流行病学和动物实验均发现PM2.5对雄性生殖系统有严重危害,可致雄性生殖功能损伤,但其具体机制尚未阐明,干预措施研究也比较缺乏。本文就PM2.5对雄性生殖功能的影响及其相关机制研究进行综述,为阐明PM2.5致雄性生殖损害的发生机制、寻找相关干预和治疗措施提供参考。
