摘要:
肥胖可引起机体多个系统分泌代谢紊乱，而烧伤是一种高代谢反应疾病，肥胖烧伤患者的治疗和护理是医务人员面临的一大挑战。了解肥胖烧伤患者的特点有助于制定更好的治疗方案和护理计划，以改善患者的预后，提高生存质量。本文将从肥胖烧伤患者的生理特点、修复难点和预后3个方面进行综述。
