摘要:
长链非编码RNA是长度大于 200个核苷酸的转录RNA分子,其结构上类似于信使RNA,但不编码蛋白质。长链非编码RNA不仅在细胞的增殖、分化和代谢过程中起着重要的作用,而且在癌症、糖尿病和神经变性等疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。本文主要针对目前长链非编码RNA在糖尿病及其并发症中的研究进展进行综述,为糖尿病及其并发症的早期发现及治疗靶点提供新的思路。
