摘要:
目的　探讨安珂微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性病变的临床效果。方法　选择2015年6月至2017年7月海南医学院第二附属医院收治的乳腺良性病变患者200例为研究对象，根据手术方法分为观察组和对照组，每组100例。对照组患者行常规乳腺肿块切除术，观察组患者行安珂微创旋切术；对2组患者的手术情况、术后恢复情况、术后并发症及患者生存质量进行比较。结果　观察组患者术中出血量显著少于对照组，手术时间和手术切口长度显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者创口愈合时间、瘢痕长度显著短于对照组，术后乳房变形率、肿块残留率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后疼痛、切口感染、皮下血肿、皮肤破损、皮下淤斑及色素沉着发生率均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。术后3个月，观察组患者生存质量评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论　安珂微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性病变具有操作简单、创伤小、病变组织清除彻底、术后瘢痕少、并发症发生率低等优点。
Abstract:
Objective　To investigate the effect of EnCor minimally invasive system resection in the treatment of benign breast lesion.Methods　A total of 200 patients with benign breast lesion in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from June 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to operative method，100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine breast lumpectomy，and the patients in the observation group were treated with EnCor minimally invasive system resection.The operation condition，postoperative recovery condition，postoperative complications and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results　The intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group，and the operation time and the incision length in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The wound healing time and scar length in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，and the breast deformity rate and residual lump rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after operation（P<0.05）.The incidences of postoperative pain，incision infection，subcutaneous hematoma，skin damage，subcutaneous ecchymosis and pigmentation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at three months after operation（P<0.05）.Conclusion　EnCor minimally invasive system resection in the treatment of benign breast lesion has the advantages of simple operation，minimal trauma，thorough removal of lesion tissue，less postoperative scar and low incidence of complications.
