摘要:
目的 探讨伴与不伴抑郁症状的首发精神分裂症患者脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的差异。方法 收集2016年6月至2017年5月中山市第三人民医院收治的伴抑郁症状的首发精神分裂症患者(精神分裂症伴抑郁组)和不伴抑郁症状的首发精神分裂症患者(精神分裂症不伴抑郁组)各30例。另选取同期体检者30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测各组受试者BDNF水平,AU680全自动生物化学分析仪检测各组受试者血清HCY和CRP水平。结果 精神分裂症不伴抑郁组和精神分裂症伴抑郁组患者血清BDNF水平低于对照组(P<0.05);精神分裂症伴抑郁组患者血清BDNF水平低于精神分裂症不伴抑郁组(P<0.05)。精神分裂症不伴抑郁组和精神分裂症伴抑郁组患者血清HCY水平高于对照组(P<0.05),精神分裂症不伴抑郁组患者血清HCY水平与精神分裂症伴抑郁组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。精神分裂症伴抑郁组患者CRP水平显著高于精神分裂症不伴抑郁组和对照组(P<0.01);精神分裂症不伴抑郁组患者血清CRP水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血清中BDNF及CRP可作为诊断伴抑郁症状的首发精神分裂症的参考指标。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the serum level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF),homocysteine (HCY) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the first-episode schizophrenia (FES) patients with or without depressive symptoms.Methods Thirty patients of the first-episode schizophrenia patients with depressive symptoms(FES-depression group) and thirty patients of the first-episode schizophrenia patients(FES non-depression group) without depressive symptoms were selected in the Third People′s Hospital Zhongshan City from June 2016 to May 2017.And thirty healthy controls in the corresponding time period were selected as control group.The serum level of BDNF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent analysis and the serum levels of HCY and CRP were detected by AU680 automatic biochemical analyzer in the three groups.Results The serum level of BDNF in the FES-depression group and FES non-depression group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The serum level of BDNF in the FES-depression group was lower than that in the FES non-depression group (P<0.05).The serum level of HCY in the FES-depression group and FES non-depression group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum level of HCY between the FES-depression group and FES non-depression group(P>0.05).The serum level of CRP in the FES-depression group was higher than that in the FES non-depression group and the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the serum level of CRP between the FES non-depression group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The serum level of BDNF and CRP can be used as indicators for diagnosing the FES patients with depressive symptoms.
