摘要:
目的 探讨加强药事管理对医院合理使用抗菌药物的影响。方法 选择2015年1月至2015年12月药事管理干预前濮阳市第三人民医院住院治疗的患者200例为干预前组。药事管理干预后,选取2016年1月至2016年12月住院治疗的200例患者作为干预后组。对比分析药事管理干预前后2组患者抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物费用及药物不良反应发生情况。结果 干预前,处方中出现频率位居前3位的抗菌药物分别是注射用头孢他啶、注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、注射用头孢曲松。干预后,处方中出现频率位居前3位的抗菌药物分别是注射用头孢呋辛钠、注射用头孢唑啉、克林霉素注射液。干预前组和干预后组患者抗菌药物使用率别为100.0%和74.5%,干预后组患者抗菌药物使用率低于干预前组(χ2=12.235,P<0.001)。干预前组和干预后组患者抗菌药物费用分别为(1 400.0±16.2)、(1 010.0±14.5)元,干预后组患者抗菌药物费用均低于干预前组(P<0.05)。干预前组和干预后组患者药物不良反应发生率分别为20.0%和9.0%,干预后组患者药物不良反应发生率低于干预前组(χ2=8.514,P<0.001)。结论 加强药事管理工作对合理使用抗菌药物具有促进作用,同时可以节约医疗费用,降低患者药物不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of pharmacy management on the rational use of antimicrobial agents in hospital.Methods Two hundred hospitalized patients before strengthening pharmacy management from January 2015 to December 2015 in the Third People′s Hospital of Puyang City were selected as before intervention group,and 200 hospitalized patients after strengthening pharmacy management from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as after intervention group.The usage rate,cost and adverse effect of antimicrobial agents were compared between the two groups.Results Before strengthening pharmacy management,the top three antimicrobial agents in prescription were ceftazidime for injection,cefoperazone/sulbactam for injection and ceftriaxone for injection.After strengthening pharmacy management,the top three antimicrobial agents in prescription were cefuroxime sodium injection,cefazolin injection and clindamycin injection.The usage rate of antimicrobial agents in the before and after intervention group was 100.0% and 74.5%,the usage rate of antimicrobial agents in the after intervention group was lower than that before intervention group(χ2=12.235,P<0.001).The cost of antimicrobial agents before and after intervention group was(1 400.0±16.2),(1 010.0±14.5)yuan,the cost of antimicrobial agents after intervention group was lower than that before intervention group(P<0.05).The adverse effect of antimicrobial agents before and after intervention group was 20.0% and 9.0%,the adverse effect of antimicrobial agents in the after intervention group was lower than that before intervention group(χ2=8.514,P<0.001).Conclusion Strengthening pharmaceutical management can promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents,save medical expenses and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions in patients.
