摘要:
医患关系问题的核心是医患信任问题，近年来我国医患关系紧张，医患信任缺失，已经影响到医疗工作的正常开展，本研究运用博弈理论，构建了政府监管部门与医生信任策略选择的博弈模型并进行了分析，提出了政府在医患信任构建中应选择的策略和对策。
Abstract:
The core of the relationship between doctors and patients is the problem of doctor-patient trust，but in recent years，the relationship between doctors and patients is tense in China，the lack of trust in doctors and patients has affected the normal development of medical work.Based on game theory，this paper constructs a game model of government regulatory and doctor ′s trust strategy choice and analyzed the above model，and put forward the strategies and countermeasures that the government should choose in the construction of doctor-patient trust.
