摘要:
微小核糖核酸(miRNA)通过激活或抑制基因转录来调控基因表达,参与了人类生命活动中一系列重要的生物学过程,在早期胚胎发育、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡和细胞坏死等生命过程中发挥着重要作用。疾病的发生与发展会引起miRNA表达变化,在不同疾病以及同种疾病发展的不同阶段,机体miRNA表达谱有明显差异,通过测定miRNA表达谱,可以从分子层面进行疾病的诊断及预后评估。miRNA在鉴别不同病原体导致的肺部感染性疾病中有重要价值,对指导临床诊断、治疗及预后评估有一定价值。
