摘要:
自然杀伤(NK)细胞是先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分,通过细胞毒作用直接杀伤病毒侵染及恶性肿瘤转化的细胞,从而发挥机体的免疫监视功能,肿瘤细胞扩散转移是肿瘤治疗所面临的主要临床问题之一。NK细胞介导的免疫监视能有效防止肿瘤转移。本文主要对NK细胞的抗肿瘤作用、微环境对NK细胞杀伤功能的调控、信号转导与转录激活因子对NK细胞功能的影响进行综述,以期为后续NK细胞抗肿瘤的临床应用提供参考。
