摘要:

目的　探讨护理质量敏感指标在癌痛患者护理管理中的应用价值。方法　选择新乡医学院第一附属医院2014年2月至2015年3月收治的癌痛患者108例为对照组，2015年4月至2016年6月收治的癌痛患者108例为研究组。对照组患者采用传统癌痛护理质量评价标准；研究组患者采用改良后的癌痛护理质量评价标准，将环节质量敏感指标作为质量评价的重要内容，并对2组患者疼痛评估正确率、癌痛知识知晓率、对护理工作满意度进行统计分析及比较。结果　研究组患者疼痛评估正确率为90.7%（98/108），对照组为45.4%（49/108），研究组患者疼痛评估正确率显著高于对照组（χ²=51.16，P<0.05）；对照组患者癌痛知识知晓率为98.1(106/108)，研究组患者癌痛知识知晓率为72.2(78/108)，研究组患者癌痛知识知晓率显著高于对照组（χ²=28.83，P<0.05）；研究组患者对护理工作满意度为100.0%（108/108），对照组为85.2%（92/108），研究组患者对护理工作满意度显著高于对照组（χ²=17.38，P<0.05）。结论　通过强化对住院癌痛患者疼痛评估正确率、癌痛知识知晓率的环节质量评价，可以有效提升整体癌痛护理质量。

Abstract:

Objective　To explore the application value of sensitive index of nursing quality in nursing management of patients with cancer pain.Methods　One hundred and eight patients with cancer pain in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from February 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the control group；one hundred and eight patients with cancer pain in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study group.The traditional cancer pain nursing quality evaluation criterion was taken in the control group，and the improved cancer pain nursing quality evaluation criterion was taken in the study group to evaluate the nursing quality.The accuracy of pain assessment，awareness rate of cancer pain knowledge，degree of satisfaction to the nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results　The accuracy of pain assessment of patients in the study group （90.7%，98/108）was significantly higher than that in the control group（45.4%，49/108）（χ²=51.16，P<0.05）；the awareness rate of cancer pain knowledge of patients （98.1%，106/108）in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （72.2%，78/108）（χ²=28.83，P<0.05）；the satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group （100.0%，108/108） was significantly higher than that in the control group （85.2%，92/108）（χ²=17.38，P<0.05）.Conclusion　The overall quality of cancer pain care can be improved by strengthening the quality evaluation of the pain assessment accuracy and the awareness rate of cancer pain knowledge in patients with cancer pain.
