摘要:
目的 探讨共刺激因子B7-H1和B7-H3蛋白在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其与胆囊癌发生发展和预后的关系。方法 收集2012年2月至2016年2月新乡医学院第一附属医院保存的胆囊癌组织标本50例、癌旁正常组织30例和胆囊腺瘤组织30例,采用免疫组织化学法检测B7-H1和B7-H3蛋白的表达。结果 癌旁正常组织、胆囊腺瘤组织和胆囊癌组织中B7-H1蛋白阳性表达率分别为16.7%(5/30)、33.3%(10/30)、72.0%(36/50),B7-H3蛋白阳性表达率分别为0.0%(0/30)、23.3%(7/30)、60.0%(30/50),胆囊癌组织中B7-H1和B7-H3蛋白阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织和胆囊腺瘤组织(P<0.05),胆囊腺瘤组织中B7-H1及B7-H3蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。B7-H1蛋白表达与胆囊癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤侵袭深度有显著相关性(P<0.05),而与胆囊癌患者的性别、年龄、组织分化程度及肿瘤直径无显著相关性(P>0.05)。B7-H3蛋白表达与胆囊癌组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤侵袭深度有显著相关性(P<0.05),而与胆囊癌患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤直径无显著相关性(P>0.05)。胆囊癌组织中B7-H1蛋白与B7-H3蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.616,P<0.05)。结论 胆囊癌组织中共刺激因子B7-H1和B7-H3蛋白表达上调,其可能与胆囊癌的发生发展有关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of B7-H1,B7-H3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and the occurrence,development and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods The 50 specimens of gallbladder carcinoma tissues,30 specimens of normal gallbladder tissues and 30 specimens of gallbladder adenoma tissues were selected from February 2012 to February 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University.The expression of B7-H1 and B7-H3 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of B7-H1 protein in normal tissues,gallbladder adenoma tissues and gallbladder carcinoma tissues was 16.7%(5/30),33.3%(10/30) and 72.0%(36/50) respectively;and the positive rate of B7-H3 protein was 0.0%(0/30),23.3%(7/30) and 60.0%(30/50) respectively;the positive rates of B7-H1 and B7-H3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues and gallbladder adenoma tissues (P<0.05),the positive rates of B7-H1 and B7-H3 protein in gallbladder adenoma tissues were higher than those in normal tissues (P<0.05).The expression of B7-H1 protein was significantly correlated with the TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and the depth of neoplasm invasiveness (P<0.05);but the expression of B7-H1 protein was not related to the sex,age,histological differentiation and tumor diameter (P>0.05).The expression of B7-H3 protein was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and the depth of neoplasm invasiveness (P<0.05);but the expression of B7-H3 protein was not related to the sex,age and tumor diameter (P>0.05).The expression of B7-H1 protein was positively correlated with B7-H3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues (r=0.616,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of B7-H1 and B7-H3 protein is up-regulated in gallbladder carcinoma tissues,which may be related to the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma.
