摘要:
Kisspeptin/神经激肽B/强啡肽(KNDy)神经元位于动物的下丘脑弓状核和人类的漏斗状核,因其共表达kisspeptin、神经激肽B和强啡肽而被命名为KNDy神经元。KNDy突变可以导致女性生殖内分泌紊乱、生殖障碍性疾病,因而受到国内外学者的广泛关注。KNDy神经元能够调控下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴,在青春期启动、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)释放和生殖内分泌疾病中发挥重要作用,且KNDy神经元与绝经期潮热有关,有望揭开潮热的源头机制。本文就KNDy神经元的发现及命名,KNDy神经元与HPG轴、GnRH、雌激素的关系,以及其在生殖内分泌疾病中的作用进行综述。
