摘要:
脑血管疾病严重危害人类健康,其中最常见的疾病类型是缺血性脑卒中。目前,缺血性脑卒中尚无特别有效的治疗方法,而干细胞移植作为一种新兴的治疗手段,为缺血性脑卒中的治疗带来了希望。目前,在移植的干细胞类型中,间充质干细胞应用最广泛。本文就间充质干细胞治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床研究现状做一综述。
