摘要:
目的 探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月至2016年1月在新乡市第四人民医院住院治疗的102例子宫腺肌病患者,采用GnRH-a治疗3个疗程后,应用HIFU治疗,观察治疗前1个月及治疗6个月后患者的月经周期、月经期、月经量评分、痛经视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肌瘤大小和血红蛋白水平变化。结果 102例患者治疗6个月后的月经周期、月经期与治疗前1个月比较差异均无统计学意义(t=0.312、0.461,P>0.05);治疗6个月后患者的月经量评分、痛经VAS评分和肌瘤直径均显著小于治疗前1个月(t=3.817、5.263、7.036,P<0.05);治疗6个月后患者的平均血红蛋白水平显著高于治疗前1个月(t=6.201,P<0.05)。结论 GnRH-a联合HIFU治疗子宫腺肌病能有效减轻患者的痛经、贫血等,有效控制病情,提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a) combined with high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis.Methods A total of 102 patients with adenomyosis were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Xinxiang City.The patients were treated with HIFU after three courses of treatment with GnRH-a.The changes of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual blood volume score,dysmenorrhea visual analogue scale (VAS),the size of myoma and hemoglobin level were observed at one month before treatment and six months after treatment.Results There was no sitatistic difference in menstrual cycle and menstrual period of the 102 patients at one month before treatment and six months after treatment (t=0.312,0.461;P>0.05);the menstrual blood volume score,VAS score and the diameter of myoma of the patients aftersix 6 months of treatment were less than those at one month before treatment (t=3.817,5.263,7.036;P<0.05);the average hemoglobin level of patients after six months of treatment was significantly higher than that at one month before treatment(t=6.201,P<0.05)Conclusion GnRH-a combined with HIFU can effectively control the disease,relieve dysmenorrhea and anemia and improve the quality of life of patients with adenomyosis.
