摘要:
目的 探讨神经胶质瘤组织中膜联蛋白A7(Anxa7)表达与患者预后的关系。方法 收集2009年3月至2014年4月郑州大学第五附属医院神经外科经病理学确诊的神经胶质瘤组织标本56例和脑外伤患者因行内减压术留取的正常脑组织标本40例,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测神经胶质瘤组织和正常脑组织中Anxa7表达,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应检测神经胶质瘤组织和正常脑组织中Anxa7 mRNA表达。结果 神经胶质瘤组织中Anxa7高表达率及Anxa7 mRNA相对表达量显著高于正常脑组织(P<0.05);神经胶质瘤组织中Anxa7 mRNA相对表达量与病理分级有关(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,神经胶质瘤组织中Anxa7 mRNA低表达者的中位生存时间为21.2个月,高表达者的中位生存时间为14.5个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cox多因素回归分析显示,病理分级和Anxa7 mRNA相对表达量是影响神经胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 Anxa7 mRNA在神经胶质瘤组织中呈高表达,且与患者预后有关,有望成为判定患者预后的指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of annexin A7(Anxa7) in glioma tissues and prognosis of patients.Methods Fifty-six specimens of glioma tissues confirmed by pathological examination and 40 specimens of normal brain tissues excised in brain trauma patients with intracranial decompression were collected in Department of Neurosurgery,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2009 to April 2014.The expression of Anxa7 in glioma tissues and normal brain tissues was detected by immunohistostaining,and the expression of Anxa7 mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results The high expression rate of Anxa7 and relative expression of Anxa7 mRNA in glioma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal brain tissues (P<0.05).The relative expression level of Anxa7 mRNA in glioma tissues was related to pathological grade (P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the median survival time of the patients in Anxa7 mRNA low expression group was 21.2 months,and it was 14.5 months in the high expression group,there was significant difference in the survival time distribution between them (P<0.05).Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that pathological grade and the relative expression level of Anxa7 mRNA were the independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with glioma (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Anxa7 mRNA is high in glioma tissues,and it is related to the prognosis of patients,which is expected to be an indicator of prognostic evaluation.
