摘要:
脑卒中具有高致残率、高致死率,严重威胁着人类社会的健康水平,且近年来有上升趋势。利用组织型纤溶酶原激活剂进行溶栓治疗是缺血性脑卒中最有效的治疗措施,然而脑卒中超过3 h后治疗效果不佳,此外,再灌注可引起更加严重的继发性脑损伤。目前,有关瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)在脑神经系统损伤中发挥的作用受到越来越多学者的关注,有望成为脑神经损伤的干预靶点之一。但该通道在脑神经损伤中的具体作用及其机制仍需进一步探讨。本文主要从TRPV1的结构及分布,TRPV1激活剂对脑缺血缺氧后神经功能的作用,TRPV1对脑血管血流的调节,TRPV1激活诱发的低温、自噬对脑卒中后脑神经细胞活力的影响以及TRPV1与内源性大麻素及其受体之间相互作用的机制加以阐述,旨在揭示TRPV1在脑卒中病理进程中的潜在作用,为脑卒中的治疗及研究提供新的思路。
