摘要:
目的　探讨百令胶囊联合α-酮酸片对非透析慢性肾衰竭患者微炎症状态及营养状况的影响。方法　选择80例非透析的慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。2组患者均给予基础治疗，对照组患者在基础治疗基础上给予口服复方α-酮酸片2.52 g，每日3次；观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上口服百令胶囊2.0 g，每日3次，2组患者均治疗12周。观察2组患者治疗前及治疗12周后血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白蛋白（ALB）、前白蛋白（PA）、转铁蛋白（TRF）、总胆固醇（TC）及主观综合性营养评估（SGA）变化情况。结果　治疗前，2组患者血清CRP、IL-6、ALB、PA、TRF、TC水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，2组患者血清CRP、IL-6、TC水平均较治疗前降低，血清ALB、PA、TRF 水平均较治疗前升高（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者血清CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组，ALB、PA、TRF水平高于对照组（P<0.05）；血清TC水平2组患者比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗前对照组患者SGA评分A级（营养良好）37例，B级（轻、中度营养不良）3例；观察组患者A级38例，B级2例。治疗后对照组患者SGA评分A级37例，B级3例；观察组患者A级39例，B级1例。治疗前后2组患者SGA评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论　百令胶囊联合α-酮酸片能更好地协同改善非透析慢性肾衰竭患者的微炎症状态及营养状况，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective　To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with α-keto acid tablets on microinflammation state and nutritional status in non-dialysis chronic renal failure patients.Methods　Eighty chronic renal failure patients were enroll in this study，and were divided into observation group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.All patients were given basic treatment.Based on the basic treatment，the patients in the control group were given α-keto acid tablets 2.52 g，three times per day；based on the control group,the patients in the observation group were given Bailing capsule 2.0 g，three times per day；all patients were treated for 12 weeks.The serum interleukin-6（IL-6），C-reactive protein （CRP），albumin （ALB），prealbumin（PA），transferring（TRF） and total cholesterol（TC） levels and the subjective global assessment （SGA） score of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results　There was no statistic difference in CRP，IL-6，ALB，PA，TRF and TC levels between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）.After treatment，the serum CRP，IL-6 and TC levels of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment；but the ALB，PA，TRF levels were significantly higher than before treatment（P<0.05）.After treatment，the TC level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）；while the ALB，PA，TRF levels were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）；there was no statistic difference in TC level between the two　groups （P>0.05）.Before treatment，in the control group，37 patients were judged as well nourished（grade A），3 patients were judged as mild or moderate malnourished（grade B）；in the observation group，38 patients were judged as Grade A，2 patients were judged as grade B.After treatment，in the control group，37 patients were judged as grade A，3 patients were judged as grade B；in the observation group，39 patients were judged as grade A，one patient was judged as grade B；there was no statistic difference in SGA score between the two groups before and after treatment （P>0.05）.Conclusion　Bailing capsule combined with α-keto acid tablets can effectively improve the micro-inflammation state and nutritional status of patients with non-dialysis chronic renal failure，and can improve the quality of life of patients.
