摘要:
微小RNA(miRNA)是机体内一种重要的基因调控因子,参与多种肿瘤的发生发展,信号传导及转录激活因子(STAT)是众多细胞因子的信号传导蛋白,miRNA/STAT信号通路调控二者之间的相互作用,与机体的生长发育、细胞分化、代谢以及肿瘤的发生关系密切,本文就近年来miRNA-21/STAT3信号传导通路调节及与肿瘤发生的相互关系进行综述。
