摘要:
氢气为一种无色、无味、易燃的双原子分子气体,曾广泛应用于潜水医学领域。自发现氢气的选择性抗氧化作用以来,大量的研究开始探究氢气的生物学效应,如抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡以及调节能量代谢等。氢气在糖尿病、代谢综合征、痛风、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤及新型冠状病毒肺炎等临床疾病的辅助治疗方面表现出一定疗效,显示了氢气作为一种新型生物医学分子气体的潜在医学应用价值。本文对氢气在炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、能量代谢以及细胞信号转导中可能的生物学作用机制及其在临床疾病中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期更好地发现氢气的医学价值,为相关临床疾病的辅助治疗提供新途径。
Abstract:
Hydrogen is a colorless,odorless and flammable diatomic molecule that has been widely used in the field of diving medicine.Since the selective antioxidant effect of hydrogen had been found,a large number of studies had begun to investigate the biological effects of hydrogen,such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis and regulating energy metabolism,etc.Hydrogen has shown certain curative effects in the adjuvant treatment of clinical diseases such as diabetes,metabolic syndrome,gout,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,tumors and corona virus disease 2019;therefore,which demonstrates the potential medical application value of hydrogen as a new type of biomedical molecule,etc.This article reviews the potential biological mechanisms of hydrogen in inflammatory response,oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,energy metabolism and cell signal transduction,as well as its application in clinical diseases;in order to better discover the medical value of hydrogen and provide new avenues for adjuvant treatment of related clinical diseases.
