摘要:
功能性便秘（FC）是以排便困难、排便次数减少或排便不尽感为主要表现的功能性肠病。FC需排除器质性病变、全身系统性疾病及药物引起的继发性便秘，且不符合便秘型肠易激综合征的诊断。FC治疗方式多样，但有部分患者疗效较差且需长期服用泻药，不仅严重影响身心健康，还会导致肠道微生态改变、直肠黑变病、心理焦虑等不良反应。粪菌移植通过重建肠道内菌群治疗消化道疾病取得一定成效。本文就粪菌移植在FC治疗中的应用研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Functional constipation (FC) is a functional bowel disease mainly manifested by difficulty in defecation,reduced frequency of defecation or inexhaustible feeling of defecation.FC needs to exclude organic lesions,systemic diseases and secondary constipation caused by drugs,and it does not conform to the diagnosis of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome.Currently,there are many treatment methods for FC,however,some patients have poor curative effect and need to take laxatives for a long time,which not only seriously affects their physical and mental health,but also leads to adverse reactions such as intestinal microecological changes,rectal melanosis,psychological anxiety and so on.Fecal microbiota transplantation has achieved some success in the treatment of digestive tract diseases by reconstructing intestinal flora.This article reviews the research progress of fecal microbiota transplantation in the treatment of FC.
